Admissions will only be confirmed after receiving the admission form duly filled in, along with the payment which can be made by check or bank transfer. The attendance in each training session is only guaranteed after the confirmation of the registration payment due before the event.
Selection criteria 1st priority is given to the participation of APG collective and professional members; 2nd priority is given to the participation of APG student members; 3rd priority is given to the participation based on the skills analyses that are described in the registration form according to specific objectives of the training session; 4th priority is given to APG non members.
Cancellations Cancellations should be communicated in writing, and they shall not be charged in if within a 5 business day’s period before the beginning of the training session. After this date, the payment is compulsory. However, the participant can indicate a substitute for the verified forfeit.
Certificate At the end of each training session, all participants receive a Vocational Training Attendance Certificate, valid for the calculation of annual training hours required by the Portuguese Labour Code.
Complaints For evaluation purposes, all the participants have to fill in a form at the end of the session. Any complaint should be made in writing, presenting the reasons for discontent and sent to the Executive Director on APG’s National Headquarters within 48 hours after the session, who will evaluate the situation and reply within 5 business days.
Intra-Company Training Every training sessions mentioned can be performed under intra-company with an adapted program to the needs of organizations and be held over the country. For more information and to request a proposal, please contact the APG Head Office.
Note APG may reserves its decision to proceed with changes in some parts of the training programs and/or of trainers whenever necessary and in the existence of unforeseeable circumstances or of "force majeure".
