a) Elaboration of studies, opinions and projects for the implementation of techniques and models for the people management;
b) Issue of opinions on policies, programs, projects or proposals for law decrees, on its own behalf or on demand of the sovereignty bodies, regional or local authorities;
c) Promotion of interchange and cooperation with universities, polytechnic colleges and other institutions in Higher Education, other national, UE or global similar associations and authorities;
d) Organization of the National Conference, debates, conferences, congresses, training courses and seminars, advertising and publication of papers and other activities which may disclose new techniques and promote the modernization of people management within the companies and public institutions;
e) Creation of committees and work groups for the study and elaboration of specific topics within the scope of its activities and specialized cabinets providing support to members;
f) Promotion of national partnership activities and international cooperation, namely with institutions in the Portuguese speaking African countries, by means of the design, execution and evaluation of projects within the APG’s fields of activity;
g) Attribution of professional certification and specialized certificates within the APG’s fields of activity.
